The Oahu Region operates three facilities; these are Leahi Hospital, Maluhia and Kahuku Medical Canter.
Leahi Hospital is located in Kaimuki on Kilauea Avenue, across from the Kapiolani Community College. Leahi Hospital first opened in 1901, providing care to individuals with tuberculosis it has transitioned to providing nursing home and adult day health services in addition to continuing the provision of institutional tuberculosis care.

Maluhia operates 158 skilled nursing facility and intermediate care facility beds and employs about 250 employees. The average occupancy rate for Maluhia is 97%. Maluhia was established in 1923 and offers the following Community Based Services: Adult Day Health, Home delivered meals within a certain distance from Maluhia and Geriatric Physician Services.
Kahuku Medical Center
Kahuku Medical Center is a designated as a Critical Access Hospital by the State of Hawaii and the Medicare program. The Medical Center is the emergency safety net for 22,500 residents and approximately one million annual visitors to the North Shore and Koolau Loa areas.
