• Transform care delivery and create a culture of excellence at all HHSC facilities through the use of an Electronic Medical Record (EMR).

• Utilize cutting-edge technology to automate clinical, financial, and other operational processes which were cumbersome and sub-optimized.

• Allow for a substantial degree of standardization of data dictionaries and operational procedures across regions within HHSC with an eye toward leveraging best practices across HHSC.

• Allowing for effective benchmarking and management controls at both the Corporate level as well as the Regional levels.
