All proposals must be received and time stamped by HHSC, Kauai Region by Monday June 10, 2013 (Extended from May 24, 2013)
at 3:00 p.m. Hawaii Standard Time.
Proposals shall be submitted to the
Contracts Office located in the Procurement Cottage at 4643 Waimea Canyon Drive, Waimea, HI 96796.
Proposals via e-mail are acceptable and shall be sent to
cshirai@hhsc.org by the deadline.
Proposals postmarked or hand delivered after the above date and times will not
be considered and will be returned to the applicant.
