A Pre-Bid walk-through of the existing facility will be conducted on April 24, 2012, at 10:00 a.m. in Conference Room C at Kauai Veterans Memorial Hospital, 4643 Waimea Canyon Drive, Waimea, HI 96796. All invited bidders shall have a representative in attendance. Clarifications will be presented at the walk-through. No other times will be made available for review of the facility.
To be eligible to submit a Bid, the Bidder must possess a valid State of Hawaii contractor's license(s) B and/or C.
A written notice of INTENTION TO BID must be submitted for bids of $25,000 or more and received by the office indicated in the NOTICE TO BIDDERS no later than 2:00 p.m. on May 8, 2012. Submittal of INTENTION TO BID via FAX is acceptable.
